I am very flexible and adaptable. I am looking for anything in a technical field, media production work, e-marketing, call center, or insurance brokerage. I have experience in all of these fields.

I'd suggest looking at Monster for jobs in that category. Most large companies (OPPD, ConAgra, etc.) have a media arm that helps with communications.
Make sure you have some examples of your work included with your resume, so they can see what you bring to the table.
I did some work on a plant in eastern Nebraska, and stayed for 20 months in Omaha. It's a very nice city, and the job market was pretty good when I was out there.

Check out Lucas Group. They may be able to help you get in front of companies looking for the skills you mentioned. My only suggestion is you narrow down your focus and zero in on 1 to 3 skills that you are really good at and market yourself in those areas. Good Luck!
