Seeking guidance on entering multiple career fields: Machine Learning/Finance/ CIA and DSS

Veteran

Mohammed Uddin Hollis, NY

1. If I wanted to pursue a Machine Learning career field, are there certain school that companies will prefer to recruit from or hire from? Does the school I'd get my Machine Learning degree from matter in terms of getting hired? If so, which schools should I apply into for a good pathway into the industry?

2. I am also looking into pursuing a federal government job in the CIA or DSS. Is there a specific career pathway or academic pathway to for those agencies? Are there specific academic programs/schools that make people standout? Is there a specific selection process I should know about?

3. Do the same factors apply to the Finance/Hedge fund field? Will the school I get my degree from matter? And is there preferential treatment companies give during the hiring process? If so, which schools are recommended for a good entry into that field?
