There are great careers in the financial services arena. Carriers are all looking to add new people to their organizations. I would look for a carrier who is committed to teaming as this is the best strategy I have seen that improves the probability of you making it in this business. I would look closely at Penn Mutual as a company who is fully committed and supports teaming from the top on down. While they are somewhat new to implementing teaming , I know that they are going about it correctly.
