Thanks for the time you gave to serve our country. It is really appreciated by me and thousand of other people throughout this country.
I just read your post today and don't know if you're still looking for an answer to your question or not. But, I do have a business which has these elements.
1. Work from your home on your schedule, when you want to, and as long as you want to. It's your business
so you can advance as quickly or as slowly as you wish.
2. It involves...teaching, leadership training, recuriting and marketing and team building.
3. Work can be done from any city and in any state in the U.S.
4. Compensation for one's efforts is excellent. There's no limit for how much you earn a month.

Thank you for replying back.
My experience comes from doing logisticsfor the Army ssince 2008. I have been a manager in Supply Chain, Transportation, Property Accountability and Asset Management to include inventory, Procurement and Sourcing, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Contract Management. I have been deployed the last two years managing a transportation cell responsible for redeployment, redistribution, and retrograde of personnel and equipment during Afghanistan reduction of forces and in 2010 to 2011 I was in charge of the 3rd Army Forward JOPES cell during the Iraq reduction of forces while managing a $9 million staff and services contract and managing the Logistical contracts as well.

Currently I am a Transportation Specialist for the Army Reserves as a civilian and a Transportation Officer in Army Reserves as military. That is why I was looking for something online because of the TDY that my positions might require.

Education I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Finance.

The options you state the ones that interest me more is training, teaching, remote recruiting, and running a businesswith a website.

I'm not for sure how to get into an online opportunity but am willing to learn and to work at knowing how to get into something and to accomplish something.

The answer is it depends. Tell me more about your work experience and education. What is your education/degree level? Typical online work consists of training, teaching, software development, programming, remote recruiting, or running an online business with website.
