About Kevin

Graduated from DeVry University in 2010 with my bachelor's and graduated from Central Michigan University May 2021 with my Masters Degree in Human Resources Administration.

Entered in the Military in July of 2002 am currently at 19 years in the military. Served as an Enlisted Soldier from 2002 to 2006, in 2006 was Commisioned into the ranks of 2nd Lieutenant. Been deployed twice, First time in 2004 -2005 was deployed as an 88M truck driver conducting convoys through Northern Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Second time March 2010 to April 2011, served with Army Central Command as the Joint Operation Planning Execution System Branch Chief over a cell that was in charge of all the intra theater movement for the U.S. Army.

Currently I am serving in the Army Reserves as dual status. As a civilian I am currently serving as the Supervisory Logistical Management Specialist at an Army Reserve two star General Office Medical Cdommand for the 807th Medical Command Deployment Support. Within my current position I am in charge of logistical operations and support for the command as a whole and as a supervisor for 22 individuals at the command headquarters responsible for answering to the Commanding General of 807th and to US Army Reserves. I am also in the military as a reservist serving as a Brigade S4 responsible for all of the logistical operations and support for the 96th Sustainment Brigade and as the Officer in Charge of managing a Brigade and internal support battalion staff sections. I enjoy serving in both roles as logistics is something I have gained a passion for with everything that has falls under the logistics umbrella for the Army and went for my my masters in human resources so I can be a better supervisor.

I would like to learn the corporate side of operations and logistics chain management as I believe being able to learning from the corporate world and embracing the applications, policies, and management would benefit the military in conducting operations and providing increased logistical support that improves the readiness of the military.

Yes, I have thought possibly entering into corporate with using the leadership, skills, and ethics that I have learned through my military experience.
