About Michael
I started out my career working as a civilian for the US Navy in Human Factors Engineering. I worked on various projects within Crew Ssystems. I've been a recruiter and HR Generalist for many years. I am currently a trainer, teacher, instructional designer and consultant. I did my internship with the Naval Air Warfare Center and graduated with a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I have two certifications in HR: SPHR & SHRM-SCP. I am passionate about learning and helping others with their career goals. In addition, I volunteer for a job and career group that helps people in transition. The group is called the My Career Transitions group and provides training and presentations once a month with the support of Penn State Great Valley in Malvern, PA. It would be my honor to help veterans with their career goals.
