Very open to any opportunity my resume would qualify to work overseas mainly in Asia or South America. My military background is in Human Resources. I have also worked as a quality assurance officer and as an inspector doing audits (worldwide) of administrative and financial records.

In addition to the proper paperwork (Passports, Visas, etc), do you have any foreign language skills? Most companies that would hire require some knowledge of the host country's language. My favorite worldwide website for jobs is www.my.jobs

Regarding your past roles in process Audits - you might want to get a CISA or CRISC credentials - check ISACA the professional organization for IT auditors.
You may need 2 resumes - one with a focus on HR and the other for process audits. You have 2 very strong but separate skillsets so you will want to keep them apart otherwise it confuses the HR Recruiter.
