About Joyce
I have a BA degree in Business Communications. I came to technology as a tech writer and technical trainer. I then re-educated myself and developed user interfaces for web-based applications; web-based training and application usability and customer experience. I've been a project manager for large scale development programs. Currently, I'm working in the Mortgage Technology division of Bank of America managing a team focused on risk and compliance controls for applications and ensuring that customers' data is safe. I've been a volunteer for nPower which connects technology experts with non profits who need technology help. My son is currently in the Navy and I'm a Marine Corps Brat. <grin>
