This is a bit of a broad suggestion, but you should check out opportunities with Bank of America. They are very interested in hiring veterans, have a very large operations team in NC (not sure about operations in OH, but they're certainly in OH), and have programs and groups designed to enhance and foster the skills vets bring to the business.
