Christina, do you have a resume? What training and/or experience do you have? Take a look at the IBM Employment web page: http://www-03.ibm.com/employment/?lnk=fif-jsee-usen
IT Networking is a growing field, but also very competitive. I would be happy to review your resume and provide suggestions for where to look.
Please look at spiritaero.com. IT positions at our company do come up here and there. Large company with great chance of advancement. Look at career page often as it changes daily. Located in Kansas and Oklahoma area.
Christina,
* You've done a great job defining a goal, and coming here is a great first step.

* Have you earned any IT certifications?
* Do you have a LinkedIn profile? (Share the URL on your ACP profile.) As a job-seeker, you'll want a top-notch LinkedIn profile and resume.
* Your LinkedIn profile and resume should include a summary section that can also serve as your "30-second elevator speech".
