I am a Staff Sergeant in the US Army Reserves and I have almost 19 years in the US Army.
I have a BS in Computer Science and outdated Microsoft certifications (MCSE 2003, MCSA, and MCDBA 2000). I am looking for civilian or government employment. Can anyone give me advice on my resume and any other advice finding employment.

Sandra, thank you for your service. One way to get started is to self-assess your strengths and interests before deciding what type job to apply for. My posting: https://acp-advisornet.org/question/725/what-are-best-tools-for-veterans-to-self-assess-their-aptitude-capabilities-and-interestss , provides tools fellow veterans have used. Once you've chosen a target job and career, let me know and I will be happy to review your resume draft. A Google search will provide lots of advice on resume templates and formats, and there is also advice in previous postings on this website.
Best wishes, Bill Nobles
