Hi Ken,

Thank you for your service and your question! If you are seeking assistance locating part-time employment, the SSA offers the Ticket to Work program for Individuals 18-64 years old who receive Social Security benefits due to a disability.

Since you meet the initial age requirement, I would reach out to SSA to see if there are additional eligibility requirements. I have included links to the program site for you to review below:

All the best,
Giana

As a thought, and assuming you enjoyed your experience as a "Stores Keeper" how about exploring opportunities working at your local hospital. GENERALLY speaking, they have 2 types of "stores management." I.E., "Central Sterile Supply" and "Purchasing." Based on your experience, it might be a worthwhile pursuit to explore these possibilities.
