Hi Nicholas,
If you are still considering being a UPS driver (service provider) you can give me a call and we can talk about these positions. It is easier to explain the job over the phone than in a few sentences online. my work cell is 402-575-0376. I'm working out of Portland, OR currently but UPS has a good network that I'm sure can assist you with job opportunities close to your home if you decide to follow this path. Merry Christmas, Deanna Burger

I've added jobs search links to one of my webpages
http://eehot.com/ee.html#jobs -job search links

http://eehot.com/ee.html#gjobs -government jobs

Under jobs there are links and instructions on how to establish a LinkedIn profile.

Not knowing your education or desired specialty, I did a search using your desired location and the keyword Manager, due to your military rank:
https://www.indeed.com/jobs?q=manager&l=Pittsburgh%2C%20PA&vjk=383aad8ad9c77769
10,466 jobs found.

First, if you have not already taken advantage of the complimentary Linked In Premium for a year that Linked In offers transitioning vets, you need to!

Second, network-network-network...via a "1,000 cups of coffee campaign". I've learned that if you seek a job, you will get advise...if you seek advise however, you will get it, and quite possibly a job, if not a lead that could result in an offer.

Last, what area/industry are you looking into?

Nicholas,
First if you plan on networking you should create an easy to find LinkedIn page. I searched a variety of components and was not able to find your profile. A good mentor will tell you to get this page up and running, especially geared towards a career. This would also be helpful and that mentoring in what type of career or career field. I would also check into free web seminars by the USO on using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
I am sending you a couple of quick reads on career research and networking to get you started. Thank you very much for your service and Happy Holidays. God Bless https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/come-prepared-transition-process-gap-between-civilian-jerry-welsh/
