I have a lot to offer in the areas I have experienced throughout my life. If there is anything that will allow me to teach or manage for a company looking to enhance customer service, customer resolution, or employee/office protocols.
Hi Chester, my suggestion is to look into Salesforce. It is software that a lot of companies use to automate the areas you outlined. What is needed is someone with experience in the process to help implement Salesforce in their organization. You will have to learn Salesforce, but your experience is valuable when you are implementing Salesforce. Try firms that implement Salesforce for opportunities. Good luck..
