See attached article on LinkedIn profiles, it takes four articles from recruiters and tells you what they want to see and do not want to see, then add some military applications many have commented back it is helpful. Many military want to justify their entire 20 years, while the companies are searching for keywords on your career match and a couple of quantifiable results!
