Currently, I am working as a volunteer Director / Veteran Economic Community Liaison for new organization Veterans Base Camp Inc, 501 (c) 3 in Ashford Connecticut ( www.veteransbasecamp.org).

I am also taking graduate courses with University of Connecticut for a Non-Profit Leadership Management certificate.

I and Veterans Base Camp inc ( VBC) is looking partner with existing non-profit organization to develop a position from volunteer to salary. Partnership could include partnering organization having shared office space available in VBC's office in Connecticut and or at soon to be opened Veteran Economic Community Resource Center in Chaplin Connecticut with an on job training program approved by Veterans Administration for myself ( ie me using my GI Bill).

Type of positions options, service officer for one of the major veteran organizations, career counselors,etc..Hoping a partnership that will allow specific veteran service related training which will be funded by my GI benefits. Simply put, final goal will be to have fulltime job with Veterans Base Camp Inc------and also be a volunteer service officer or advocate representing one of the major Veteran organizations looking to become partner and active presence in Connecticut .
