In addition to being in Corporate, my wife and I are entrepreneurs. We own a window coverings franchise in Houston, TX area. My fellow franchisees and I are looking for Installers and Sales folks to employ and train into the business.
Our biggest challenge is finding energetic and hardworking individuals. We would prefer hiring Veterans because of work-ethic and commitment.

Given the competition from Blinds.com and big box stores, what sort of margin are you able to work on? Hence, how much are you able to pay your installers and sales people? A higher wage would draw a higher caliber of worker.
