These are great positions if you are looking for law enforcement experience and the benefits to working on universities are great.

Please be specific about how we can help. What are the biggest obstacles you are encountering? We can go through each step to increase your chances of getting hired quickly. A starting point would help, such as locating opportunities, resume writing, interviewing skills, etc.

Alexander, I do not work in law enforcement. I know there are entrance exams. Earning a good score is a start. If there is a review course, I would consider enrolling. Test prep companies teach you how to game the test, as much as covering the material on the exam. For example, if you don't know the answer to a problem, a test prep class would suggest eliminating the two worst answer and guess among the remaining two. You would take you chances of answering that problem correctly from 25% to 50%.

I am sure you considered reaching out to the departments in your area. I am sure they can provide you with the requirements, application deadlines, test dates, etc.

I am sorry that I cannot be of further help. I wish you the best of luck!
