Arguably the best dental school in the state is in Richmond at MCV. This is a distance but still commutable from Fredericksburg. If you graduated with a dental degree from MCV, jobs will fall into place.
We are in Boston but we have posted and found some decent candidates of all ages and backgrounds on Craigslist! i was shocked too. Also try monster.com or cold calling or in this case cold-faxing your resume to a few of what seem to be the largest practices in your area.
