Hi Jorge,

My understanding of individual in employability is that you can work as long as the employment is "marginal", meaning your earned income from a job can't exceed the poverty limit. Here's the source for that information: http://benefits.va.gov/BENEFITS/factsheets/serviceconnected/IU.PDF

I'm an 80% SC veteran with Unenployability. I'm a certified protection specialist with a lot of other credentials who wants to do something else than stay at home and collect a check.
