He has a valid GuardCard / Driver's license. He will accept any work, because he only gets ~10 hours/week where he's working at right now and that's simply not enough to say the least.
Yes - I am his wife(*)...his HR rep...his CFO..lol. (*)not issued by the military. ;-)

He worked for Kelly Services & Adecco and they never have anything full-time.... Trust me.... Stayed on top of them/him...lol

For quick potential job opportunity, may be temporary job to started getting “the foot” in the door. Many temp jobs could turn to regular position if individual performs well.
Below link is Kelly Service (major temp. job Search Company) offices in your area. Have your husband go to the nearest office with his undated resume and the type of jobs he interested and qualified to do. Make sure get a councilor business card so you can call him/her every week :-) until they get you some results.
