Have you considered joining Linkedin? Many jobs are posted on that site and it's also a great way for recruiters to find you. I also recommend checking Indeed.com - it's a great way to search many sites at once and you might find jobs at companies that you would never think to look at.

Log onto careers in any of the big firms, for example, Johnson & Johnson is a huge sponsor of this program for returning Vets. There are plenty of firms looking for your skill sets, but you will have to track them down. Secondly, your resume has to reflect the roles out there.
