I would first create an account on Linkedin. This is a good way for potential job seekers to find you. Also, create accounts with Monster.com and Careerbuilder.com. Again, you want to give your resume as much exposure to employers as possible. Further, as the previous reply stated, you want to narrow your focus. What type of Management (HR, Administrative, Healthcare, Public etc) the field is very broad. Finally, I would guess that you are looking to relocate from Georgia...funny, so am I! The most difficult part of relocating (or wanting to relocate) is the fact if an employer wants to bring you in for an interview, you would most likely have to foot the expenses. And there's no guarantee that you will get the position. I would say, decide on where you want to relocate and start looking for jobs in that area. You may have to move to that place first before you secure employment.

You might want to consider narrowing your Management focus. Management can be applied to almost any field. Are there specific industries or career areas that you are more interested in than others?
