Can someone with experience in the finance industry take a look at my linkedin profile and my resume and give me some advice on how to make it attractive to employers?

As for your LI page the first thing you need to do is proof it and get rid of the typo. This will hurt you more than anything else.
I would also be happy to take a look and provide feedback. I've worked in the project management and technical side of financial services for about 20 years.
