I run my own executive coaching and leadership consulting firm and I want to be able to stand out among the thousands of other consulting firms out there. I'd like to be connected with staffing firms that are looking for contractors to help with leadership management consulting, business development, conflict resolution, team building, and sales training. What are some buzz words to put on my resume? what experiences would be ideal, and what from military service could be used to help with showing I know how to train people to be better at working together? Also How can I show that I can coach people to sell? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Is there a certain way to write up a proposal for services to consulting firms?
