I spent a number of years conducting TAP and saw a number of resumes that were paid for and produced by "resume writers". Most of the time they were poor at best, and did not reflect the private sector translation needed. I would recommend Hire Heroes USA for assistance. Remember the final resume will be taken from a job posting and written specific to that posting. Use jobscan.co to match key words in the job posting.
