I wanted to ask the group if you had any encounters with companies that specialize in that and what their fees are.

Thank you all,

Savvas Morris

Hi, I am a retired Vietnam veteran with many years management experience & have the ability to help you get the right job! Please send me your resume to review & provide feedback. Let’s see how well you present yourself on paper. Also, develop a Story Line which lists a few examples (3 to 5) of your strengths. The Story Line is your summary used in the cover letter, resume, interview, storytelling, & life. Do not pay any fees: you have skills & the ACP team to help. I will respond immediately & assist in your efforts. You get quick feedback; I get the satisfaction of helping. fxc1891@verizon.net

Savvas,
I spent a number of years conducting TAP and saw a number of resumes that were paid for and produced by "resume writers". Most of the time they were poor at best, and did not reflect the private sector translation needed. I would recommend Hire Heroes USA for assistance. Remember the final resume will be taken from a job posting and written specific to that posting. Use jobscan.co to match key words in the job posting. Hiring managers look for the keywords, correct metrics for the position and value. Thanks for your service and God Bless.

Your LinkedIn profile is impressive! Maybe just print it out?

I've added links to information & videos under these sections of my EE web page that might be helpful:
http://eehot.com/ee.html#resumes - Upworks has a range of writers.
http://eehot.com/ee.html#mentoring - Navigate BLS.gov
http://eehot.com/ee.html#jobs - Commercial Job searches
http://eehot.com/ee.html#gjobs - Gov job searches.

You could search for job openings that you like, examine the stated preferred requirements, then augment with training or describe your skills targeting one of the openings in a resume re-write.

Commercial "Radiation Executive" job search location unspecifies 901 jobs:
