BS in Accounting – Drexel University (degree completed in 3 years).
MBA in Mgt. – Central Michigan University (degree completed on weekends).
11 Years GAO General Accounting Office, Auditor. Supervised staff and reported to Congress on economic and efficiency issues in the government. Helped save taxpayers more than $4 billion. Obtained a Top Secret Clearance and worked on a Congressional staff (HAC), where I reviewed contractors operations & wrote stronger procurement laws.
27 Years EPA Environmental Protection Agency, Financial Manager. Transferred to the Inspector General’s Office & managed 2 successful audits (for 1 year). Promoted to the Water Division & assisted in the protection of the environment and public health by directly managing 100 grants and contracts with a value of $100 million. These efforts resulted in protecting and improving water quality in regional rivers and streams. Project manager for 50 on the ground pollution prevention projects which helped clean up the Anacostia River. Ensured that public funds were properly allocated and spent. Represented EPA at various conferences and meetings, successfully presenting to the public & managers, complex issues and workable solutions to control pollution.

Taught college – Business classes at Holy Family University.
Cleaned up parks – volunteer with States, Cities, & local areas (Pennypack Park).
