I have a proven process to help you create a Top[ 1% Resume for the civilian market. If you are willing to put forth a lot of effort with free coaching on my part, you can make a quick and successful transition to a civilian job. slmathews99@gmail.com

Hi Thomas,

Hope you're having a great day and thank you for reaching out! I see that you are already in a formal ACP mentorship and with this said, asking your Mentor to review your resume (for the private sector) can be one of the topics you two discuss during this mentorship - I actually see this topic come up all the time.

As well, Thomas, I would look into using our "Community" tab on ACP AdvisorNet; this is an additional resource that you can use, by specifically, reaching out to ACP Advisors in the Human Resources industry - to discuss your resume, but also the job search too.

Hope this helps and please, feel free to let us know if you would like any additional support.

Kate,
