After much thought, one of the problems in the labor market has been being able to get companies and public entities to embrace both my military background, my skills (my rating - what I did as an occupation in the military), and my college degree (which is government). What OI have found out that it appears that both my military background, my skills, my college degree has been degraded, devalued, dismissed, disregarded, debunked, and discarded. And the entity that has participated the most in this has been government (from the federal to state to county to local levels). I have been unemployed for close to 18 months. I am receiving Social Security Disability for the moment. However, government could care less about my unemployment. I should give up but I don't know how. I should have myself declared an economic and social reject along with being declared an economic and social failure. I have fallen into the black hole category of now suffering structural unemployment (a government Orwellian euphemism for really being permanently unemployed and permanently unemployable). I'm about to verb ally petition to a government entity to have me formally declared a failure and to have myself confines to an 8 x 8 cell (at government expense) for the rest of my life. That petition will occur in a few days. I am purposely avoiding "Greyhound therapy".

There are plenty of people in the government that do care, and it is fortunate there is social security disability. And obviously don’t pay attention to the Orwellian’s.
Solving these sorts of problems is not easy. Your background shows you are capable.
Your posting shows you have strong opinions and you speak your mind. (It would be very helpful to eliminate typos - you give yourself a disadvantage in applying otherwise. )
Turn your lemons into lemonade.
Can you post here daily or weekly and let us know if you made any progress.
Also please consider going to the VA and ask to see a counselor.

This "Retired Federal Civil Service Annuitant" is a red flag, and says nothing valuable about your skills and "brand." Also, there are some typos, which sends another negative message. I suggest revising your profile, for a civilian audience, and including a good photo. If you want to work on that first, I'm willing to take another look and help further. Lean in!
