Hello Raymond!

Along with the things that were mentioned below, I think contacting local churches, and other similar not-for-profit organizations would help in partnerships and help share your vision to larger groups of people.

Also, you should work on low cost marketing to get the interest from each community that you plan to target (focus groups, presentations, partner with other similar thriving organizations, etc. ).
