Hello:
Looking for some feedback on my resume. Ultimately, specifically, does it pass the 30 second test? Is the language strong enough to convey a message of results/accomplishments (versus unsubstantiated actions)?
I am keeping my resume at a single page, so it is short and sweet. If you have a few minutes to spare, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!

Hi Kat-
I am retired after a 40 year career in industry where I hired over 100 people. Now I am helping veterans like yourself by helping with their resumes. If you would e-mail me your resume in Word to (drjamesfwatson@gmail.com) I would be happy to comment on it.

Kat, I interview hundred candidates literally throughout the year every year, as well as work very closely with our recruitment team and expand HR organization on criterion acquirements sought after in the industry today. I am more than happy to take a look at your resume and see if it would pass the QuickView test and also screeners that we now run resumes through. if you want an extra set of eyes, email me a word version at nmouellette@metlife.com

Kat, I'm happy to help and review. I also want to share our free resume translator at www.guide-on.com for Combat Arms Branches. Even if you aren't Combat Arms, feel free to look at the like positions.
Hi Kat,
I'd be happy to take a look at your resume, can you send it to me in a private message? I can provide comments/suggestions same day or within 24hours.
Thanks for your service.
Jessica
I'd be happy to look at it for you with a quick turn around, but the best advice I can give is to make sure you include accomplishments/results with your responsibilites. Did you meet schedules on time or early 90% of the time, did you come in under budget, did you create a process that provided specific efficiencies. List what you did/do but also how well you did/do it. You want your resume to show what you bring to the table.
Hi Kat
I may have a different view from the rest of the guys - happy to help
Thank you for your service
