I am very interested in finding credible vocational or accredited online courses to help me transition into this area. Just want to make sure the course delivers the goods with a certificate or diploma and has a solid reputation with employers. If vocational a west coast location would be an advantage.

I taught the surgical technology program at Fortis College. They have a great examination pass rate. The program is a 2 year Associates Degree.
Hello. I would start with your local community colleges. Very often community colleges have the types of programs you are interested in. I would also look into the careers themselves. Are there any certification exams you would need to take? A reputable program should address any certification exam as part of their preparation course.
