It depends on the type of healthcare business you want to start. Local, State and Federal regulations vary depending on the type of business and what regulations exist. I work in the senior care, home health and Medicare side of Healthcare with experience in medical equipment and therapy outpatient clinics as well as home care. If you are seeking healthcare as it relates to my experience I am happy to assist. But I would need to know what you define as "healthcare". If you wanted to look into say ambulance services, laboratory or Hospice I may not be the right person for you.

Be very clear on what you want to achieve and the specific area of Medical interest. This will get you the right mentor.
