About Wade

I ran a military police unit in DaNang, Vietnam 67/68 and spent the rest of my tour at the Defense Intelligence Agency. After the service finished an MA in Psychology and joined a government contractor, Sperry Corporation, recruiting and managing recruitment teams. Spent 7 years with an executive search firm specializing in DoD, Intel, and DHS executive search assignments. The last 5 years have been focused on assisting vets in their career transitions and supporting similar efforts for a corporate client. I take a very aggressive approach to successful job transitions. The most productive approach is to assist in the development of a strategy, identify industries and attractive employers, and approach them directly. After a polished resume is submitted, I personally contact veterans in the leadership team or board of directors of targeted organizations to identify a "sponsor" or "champion to open doors and lead to an offer for the vet. . I have worked with the WWP, the Marine for Life Program at Bethesda and am currently looking to support Operation Homefront in my pro- bono support to returning veterans.
