About Doug
I am a retired Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer with 25 years of law enforcement experience. I have been a management consultant as well as in various leadership roles. I have approximately 40 years of mentoring and leadership experience. I started my own company in 2009 focused on mentoring and mentor training. I mentor people internationally and in a number of different industries. I have written a book called "The Gift of Mentoring" and I hope to publish my second book by the end of 2019. I am passionate about mentoring and working with people on a personal and professional basis.
