About Michael
Former Army Sgt transitioned into civilian life many years ago. I still remember the challenges of trying understand the "world" vs the military. Once leaving the Army I used my GI bill to complete a technical certification in Electronics, following that up with a BS in Technical Management and subsequently receiving an MBA from Edgewood College in Madison WI.
As the head of Global Field Service and Technical Support groups I've had the opportunity to hire many veterans over the past 20 years. I have also had the displeasure of firing some. In doing so I can provide a pretty good perspective on some of your transition challenges.
