About Cindy

18 years at The Boeing Company, Project Management, Root Cause Lead Investigator, Change Management and a Diversity champion. I enjoy sharing what I've learned to assist others. My work includes; Vice President of the Boeing American Indian Society, IT Metrics Team Lead, Lean Team Leader for process improvements and development of standards/best practices. I'm also the Boeing Deputy Focal for the American Indian Science & Engineering Society (AISES). Previous expertise has been in the Natural Gas industry, underground utility construction management, and started out as a Pipefitter/Welder. In my time away from work, I enjoy my three girls, our horses, cats, Blue Heeler Cattle dog. We love Rodeo, Barrel Racing, Roping, Cattle Sorting. I also host 'Marathon Therapy' weekends at my home, assisting therapists and leading group/individuals in breath work, energy work and other modalities.
