I am talented at creating data-enriched digital market strategies that engage and connect with consumers in B2C environments because I know how to find the data, I know how to read the data, I can explain the data, and I know how to incorporate the data into sound marketing strategies. I love listening to and observing consumers, learning their motivations, wants, needs, and paths to purchase. I take what I learn to connect deeper and communicate better with them. Outside of 4+ years of learning marketing strategies in a classroom, I have 13 years of experience communicating with different audiences. I spent 3+ years communicating verbally to customers in a retail setting and 4+ years communicating nonverbally to stakeholders and team members via marketing materials and print. I spent one year communicating with prospective customers through social media. If the topic involves digital market strategies, market research, or uncovering consumer insights, then I am in it.
I am a lifelong learner. I am currently pursuing my DBA in Strategic Media & Digital Content at Liberty University.
I am passionate about the military community and love giving back to service members.
I have relevant experience working with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft applications, Canva, and Adobe Suites, creating marketing materials for various audiences, giving presentations, and managing the social media account for the First Class Petty Officer Association. I am certified in Google Analytics. I know how to navigate Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Twitch platforms.
