My advice is to come up with a good business plan first and have enough funding to keep you afloat for at least 3 to 6 months until your marketing brings in sufficient business to sustain you. Of course you need to find the right location, know the user base really needs this service, is willing to pay and understand the competition, politics and playing field you operatee in.
