You could change Diversity & Equity to Diversity, Equality & Equity.
Remember when speaking of Equity to tell the tale of Procrustes.

If you are addressing an audience of Technical people, and you talk of time management, to-do lists & work-life balance, they might just walk out of the room unless you have them as a captive audience.
They probably have no discretion pertaining to work-life balance.

What you could do is instruct them about personal savings and investing which most of them need to know but might be completely ignorant of.
Show them how over time their investments can earn them more than their paychecks.
Teach them some skills on negotiating for promotions, higher salaries & stock options.
