I am currently a 25S in the army. I am looking to start working on my certifications to build my resume and eventually transition into a successful civilian career.

Search for SATCOM operator jobs
Examine particular requirements.
Add skills/certifications as necessary
Target versions of your resume emphasizing employer desired skills

I've added links to information & videos under these sections of my EE webpage

MOS 25S:

Commercial job search SATCOM operator location unspecified (168 jobs)

F.Gov search (1 job)

Commercial job search Broadcast-Journalism location unspecified (1,994 jobs)

Same search but with "Military Encouraged" (85 jobs)

Log onto the ACP webpage,
click on the ACP Advisornet tab, & select the "Community" icon.
Under the "Advisors" tab, select "Real Estate" from the "Refine by" pull down box.
(Other selections include: Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management ... ),
Look for the "Show More" box at the bottom of the page.
Examine the advisor profiles, & use the ACP message feature for advice.
Alternately, you could have selected the "Companies" tab &
entered part of a company name as a keyword for initiating your search.

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), because much of the work can include configuring routers and switches.

There’s not many certifications that are particularly relevant.
