hello all!
i am currently in the Marine Corps, soon to be exiting in December. i am currently in the process of searching for a SkillBridge program to gain some experience within the medical field. unfortunately, i am bit late to the game considering my initial plan was to re-enlist but no longer is. my end all goal is to become a P.A. within the Dermatology field. i am still currently pursuing schooling and trying to finish up my degrees but am struggling a bit in the aspect of gaining 3 years worth of hands on experience before ultimately applying for a P.A. masters program (3+ years are typically preferred). i currently am stationed in CA and will be heading back home to Philadelphia in December. i've been scavenging for medical assistant skill bridge program in CA but seem to be having no luck. any advice that could be provided on accumulating experience or just overall guidance you guys recommend? thank you in advance.
