Currently going into National Guard from the Marine Corps to try to become a warrant officer and attend flight school to fly uh-60 Blackhawks or ah-64 Apache helicopters. Has been a lifelong dream to fly and I'm simply seeing what my options would be in the civilian world as a helicopter pilot with those qualifications besides the obvious forestry, police, and medivac career options. Thank you for taking the time to read this and send any thoughts my way!

For whatever it may be worth . . . . . the local TV news stations in my viewing area (Ft. Lauderdale / Miami) all seem to have their own designated helicopters. I do NOT know if there is a company that provides the helicopters/pilots to the news channels or if the equipment is owned by them and the pilots their employees. It might be an angle worthy of your pursuit!
In no particular order:
Tour/charter ops
Agriculture
Search and Rescue
Utilities/off shore oil industry
Flight instructor
Surveying/photography
Would also investigate Helicopter Association International for information of careers.
Best of luck!
