Hello everyone,
I'm currently working on my resume and I'm looking for a resume website that has templates.
I've looked on Google and noticed that there are a lot of websites to choose from, but I would like to know if anyone can recommend a certain website to use.
Thank you all in advance.

Thank you all for your help and replies. I've completed my resume and uploaded it to the 100,000 Jobs Mission website.
I will continue to revise my resume as interesting positions come up.
You all have a wonderful day!

Hello Pamela,
What is very important to keep in mind -beyond how well a resume is written- is that it has to be relevant to the position you are applying for.
What I mean is that you should carefully read the qualifications required by the position you are applying for, and somewhat "tailor" the resume to best fit the skills requested. I am not suggesting in any way to mis-state the truth, but rather to have a resume that highlights those aspects of your experience that would make you a good match for the position. On the same token consider eliminating reference to skills that are inconsequential to what is requested.
In this way you can keep your resume short and to the point (a very valuable characteristic for the reviewer going through many applicants resume).
In other words: one resume does not fit all positions.
Also keep in mind that - in some instances- some large companies use electronic screening of the applicants resume (when there are too many to evaluate by a human). So the use of certain keywords can make the difference as far as getting to an interview.
Lastly, my suggestion is not get discouraged for the lack of reply after applying for a position. This often happens especially in large corporations or highly competitive jobs. It says more about the company, than about you.
I hope it helps.

Hello Pamela,
Thank you for your service. I concur with previous response, create a Linkedin profile. Linkedin is a very nice tool for career development and networking. Some helpful tips is to keep your resume no longer than 2 pages, and reference only back 10 yrs to keep it fresh. You can check our my Linkedin profile as a reference and email me with any questions.

Hello Pamela,
My wife and I had our resumes professionally developed a couple of years ago, I don't have a record of who the company was, but we have been told many times by recruiters and hiring managers since then that they are very good. I'd attach my resume for you to use, but I don't see how to on this website. If you like, email me at my work address and I'll forward it to you:

Have a great day,

Tom,
I did attend college...almost two years ago. Anything I do regarding my college is done online because it's in another state. I will check it out. :)
Thanks,
Pamela
Pamela,
Did you attend college? Remember to also utilize the services of your college's carer planning center, alumni network and local alumni clubs.
Samantha,
Thank you very much for your help. I will definitely check it out.
