Nichole, I am a consultant with two gentlemen each with 30+ years in the food service industry primarily college and university dining services. They are in Texas, but probably have some contacts whereever you want to land. I would be happy to put you in touch. Honestly, these guys know their stuff ... and they know people in the industry.
