Resources to learn "Microsoft Project"?

Advisor

A fellow Veteran asked this question. The Veteran has found a number of youtube videos, which are helpful, and is seeking a course (online or otherwise) that offers "hands on" experience as you learn. G.I. Bill is available if needed, but a free resource is preferred.

This is some of what I found:

I recently learned Project 2013 and Project Web App. Microsoft has some basic training videos and I read some digital project books, however the best way to learn was to create a few projects and play with every feature in the application. A good resource for all things project management is PMI.org if you are thinking about getting a Project Management Professional certification.
