What is a good resource for translating military skills and course into civilian skills?

Theodore Turner Sanford, NC

Some examples would be:
What is a Warrant Officer in the private sector?
What level is a battalion, brigade and division?
Is a Fortune 500 similar to a division?

Theodore,

I went to graduate school for professional counseling (career counseling) and one of the top resources they used for career exploration and translating skills, is called ONET. This is also a link to where you can directly translate your great military experience into corporate terms - https://www.onetonline.org/crosswalk/MOC/.

Thank you for your time and please, feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

Kate,
