I am interested in launching into real estate wholesaling but need some mentoring/coaching about navigating this terrain. Any useful tips about getting credible, and affordable mentors will be appreciated. Thanks.
Wholesaling real estate is a great business, but it needs to be done correctly. There are a lot of license laws that need to be carefully navigated.
I've been doing wholesale real estate transactions for over a decade, but at this time, I do not offer any mentoring or coaching.
The best teacher I've seen on the topic is Vena Jones-Cox. There is a class in Aug 2019 on the topic. https://regoddess.com/wholesaling-academy-cincinnati-2019/
You can look up Real Estate investing and wholesaling on the internet, a lot of information will be available to you just by doing this simple search. There is a a wide range of real estate investment groups that you can join. Some are relatively inexpensive and will send you books and dvd's on how to get started. The largest and probably most expensive is Fortune Builders which has very intensive and extensive trainings and "bootcamps" for learning how real estate investment works, including wholesaling and they also provide coaches and mentors for the people new to the community.
I received your message the other day, but am not able to respond directly to you. It seems as if you're not allowing private messages. I thought I'd try to reach you by responding to one of your posted questions instead.
I would be happy to schedule a time with you to share some information about franchising. The easiest way is to book directly on my calendar at nquartey.youcanbook.me. Once you do that, I will give you a call. I look forward to it!
Thanks for the clarification you sent under separate cover; that's about what I thought it might be.
While I've been involved in real estate for many years, I've not been involved in these types of transactions. That said, I'm also happy to communicate any time to see if there's anything I can do for those looking to enter any real estate venue.
I can be reached by regular e-mail at: email@example.com.
Many thanks, and good luck!
