Wholesaling real estate is a great business, but it needs to be done correctly. There are a lot of license laws that need to be carefully navigated.

I've been doing wholesale real estate transactions for over a decade, but at this time, I do not offer any mentoring or coaching.

You can look up Real Estate investing and wholesaling on the internet, a lot of information will be available to you just by doing this simple search. There is a a wide range of real estate investment groups that you can join. Some are relatively inexpensive and will send you books and dvd's on how to get started. The largest and probably most expensive is Fortune Builders which has very intensive and extensive trainings and "bootcamps" for learning how real estate investment works, including wholesaling and they also provide coaches and mentors for the people new to the community.
