Can someone look over my business plan?

Veteran

Joseph Thomas III Hesperia, CA

I am a EBV graduate and have owned a catering company for 10 months now. I want to open a restaurant so this is a way to build clientele. Now I want to expand to a permanent location. I have a website already and a 12 page business plan that I started. I would like someone to look over it and give me pointers on how to make it better. My email is maryleessoulfood@yahoo.com. If anyone would like to help it would be greatly appreciated.

Joseph, my wife and I owned a catering business for 5 years and ran coffe shops/cafeteria's for 4 years. I would be glad to take a look and give you some honest feedback!

I am not a pro at business plans and you really want someone reliable to look over it. I asked Ted Lachowicz, who is the EBV Foundation co-founder. Other professors have looked over it as well. It has been extremely helpful and I even had my SCORE mentor review it. It was pretty cool that all who have looked over it have noted the same mistakes and have suggested good changes to it. Perhaps you can start with your ACP mentor. Best of luck!

Joseph;

If you still need someone to review it, I'd be happy to assist. Some general focus, make sure the plan is implementable and that you can clearly understand the steps needed and benchmarks. Always know where you are and make sure you modify the plan as needed to keep your focus on the results.

I'm a little late to the game, but if you are still looking for feedback, I would be happy to review it.

Dali,
I asked my mentor if she would look over it and she told me to go to this website and ask my question and thats what i did. I also sent it to professors in the EBV program and they just pass it around and no one ever got back to me. I will just send it to them again and see how far i get this time, thanks.
